Thodoros Brouskomatis was born in Katerini in 1963. Initially, he studied Architecture at the University of Thessaloniki and worked as an architect - engineer until 2009. Immediately after he started to deal systematically with art and presented his art work for the first time in public, in 2015, in Athens, with the artistic project, animATheca (soul case) which concerned the construction of small shrines, dedicated to modern "saints" (people-symbols of our time). He has presented his work in seven solo exhibitions and in more than fifteen group exhibitions in Greece, Germany, Thailand, Russia and Britain. His works are in the Enter-Art Foundation in Berlin, in the Cavafy Foundation in Athens, in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Chania - Olive Oil Factory and in private collections in Greece and abroad. He lives and creates in Athens.
